Position – English Speaking Customer Service representative
Working days: Monday – Sunday, (2 days off)
Working hours: shift-based schedule 
Salary: according to qualification and experience, Range – 1300-1800 GEL

Job requirements:

  • Working experience 6 months
  • Fluent in the English language – Excellent Verbal and writing skills are a must
  • Personal Communication skills
  • Experience in living/studying in English speaking countries is an advantage
  • Experience in customer service is an advantage
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office

Job description:

  • Responsible of answering incoming calls of Customers
  • Responsible to do outgoing calls to follow up on the existing customers/orders
  • Responsible of answering incoming E-mails of Customer
  • Maintaining Customer account records in the system
  • Provide accurate and valid information by using the tools given on professional training
  • Clarifying and resolving customer`s complaints
  • Providing appropriate solutions within the time limits
  • Selecting and explaining the best solution for customer
  • Following up to ensure resolution
